I found this picture form 1966 and felt like sharing.
Before they decided to bring a child into the world, my parents felt they needed a trial run. So they got a Capuchin Monkey. His name was Pongo. They dressed him up and referred to him as their kid.
I do not know if that experience helped them when I came along. Or if it helps explain how I was raised. But I do know they appreciated how little poop I threw at them.
